TDC recognised for dealmaking excellence
Tosca Debt Capital (TDC) has been shortlisted among Sheffield’s corporate finance elite after its investment into Senior Architectural Systems was named a finalist for Deal of the Year (£10m+) at Insider Media’s Sheffield City Region Dealmakers Awards.
Our institutional capital helped to deliver a management buyout by the company’s Doncaster-headquartered board of directors, with our experienced team supporting Senior Architectural Systems’ executive management team and shareholders to maximise growth and expansion throughout our investment lifecycle.
Alongside TDC, the Senior Architectural Systems dealmaking team comprised KPMG, Keebles, Addleshaw Goddard and DLA Piper.
