TDC founder shortlisted for IoD Director of the Year
Founding partner, Gary Davison, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2018 North West Director of the Year Awards sponsored by the Institute of Directors (IoD).
The regional awards celebrate the North West’s best business leaders and over the past 15 years has recognised outstanding directors from a range of regional businesses including Booths, Graham & Brown, Chester Zoo, Accrol Papers and Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.
Alongside fellow founding partner, Richard Williams, Gary launched TDC to support businesses in the North West, North East and Yorkshire that were previously underserviced by the London-centric lenders.
Capitalising on its extensive networks and unparalleled deal-doing credentials, TDC is providing flexible funding for businesses seeking investment to support strategic growth plans and tailors its capital client requirements to fit individual business needs and models. Appetite for a debt fund of its kind is clear, with £160m invested across 14 deals and raising c.£330m across a maiden and second Fund, all since September 2015.

Winners of the North West IoD Director of the Year Awards will be announced on the 3rd May 2018 in a ceremony at the Midland Hotel, Manchester. Each regional winner will then automatically progress to the national finals in London later this year.
