Mark Metcalf

As Head of Operations and Compliance, Mark has responsibility for the smooth running of the TDC business processes as well as fulfilling its regulatory responsibilities. He has reporting responsibilities both to investors and regulatory bodies, and manages the interaction with Fund administrators, legal counsel and other service providers. In addition, Mark works with the portfolio team to ensure the lending book is compliant with credit policy, and with fund requirements.

Career History

Mark’s career spans more than 30 years across a number of high profile independent, bank owned and international lending institutions including RBS, GE Capital and Wells Fargo.

As a member of the TDC team from the very earliest days, Mark has been active across all aspects of the business over that period and is an important element of the senior team as the business grown, utilising his knowledge and experience in a number of functional areas.

Personal

As well as enjoying time with family and friends, Mark is an avid cyclist and a keen rugby supporter.
