Mark Metcalf

With 30+ years’ experience in a number of high profile lending institutions, as Head of Operations, Mark has responsibility for the smooth running of the TDC business processes and compliance. He is responsible for ensuring the lending book is compliant with credit policy, maintaining that policy in line with Fund requirements, whilst adapting it to reflect learning experiences, changing economic conditions and our evolving business.

He has reporting responsibilities both to investors and regulatory bodies, and manages the interaction with our Fund administrators, legal counsel and other service providers.

An energetic and dynamic professional, with strong operational, lending and customer-facing experience, Mark has become an increasingly important element of the senior team at TDC as the business has grown, using his expertise across a number of functional areas.

Outside of work, Mark counts cycling, rugby and travelling amongst his interests.
