Mark Adams

Mark joined TDC in December 2023 as a Portfolio Investment Director.

Career History

Mark has 15 years’ experience working on advisory and restructuring assignments across a broad range of sectors, both lender and company side in the London and Manchester markets. Prior to joining TDC, Mark qualified at a London based boutique advisory practice before relocating to Manchester to work at Grant Thornton within their Advisory and Restructuring team. Throughout his career, Mark has focused on mid-market corporates and has also spent a year on secondment at an alternative lender. Mark is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and holds a Bsc in Business Management from the University of Southampton.

When Mark is not spending time with his young family, he enjoys sport, playing guitar and gardening.
