Bringing festive cheer to families in Manchester
Every child deserves to have fun at Christmas and our team have been busy making sure those less fortunate in Greater Manchester have a festive period that’s filled with cheer.
Giving back to the communities that we operate in is part of our DNA, and we recently collected and donated numerous toys for Wood Street Mission’s 2018 Christmas Appeal.
Every year, the local children’s charity collects thousands of Christmas gifts to distribute to families in need across Manchester and Salford, who cannot afford presents for their children at Christmas.
Judith McMath, Corporate Development Director from TDC, explains: “Christmas is a time of joy, but it’s also an expensive time of the year and one that can be extremely difficult for families who are struggling.
“Gift giving is something that most people take for granted and it’s heart-warming to know that every gift we donated will make a huge difference and help local families to make their own happy memories this Christmas.”
