Funding Solution
£11m senior debt to support MBO from 90 per cent shareholder, £5m working capital bridge facility before TDC partnered with CYB who introduced an invoice discounting facility.

Facilitating the MBO provided great equity investment to the active management team. During the period of TDC investment, the management team doubled EBITDA from £4m to £8m without diluting their equity, which was an alternative solution in 2018. The provision of a short term working capital facility provided the company with time to run a process and attract best invoice discounting terms from the market.
